Been here for 6 years. Rent has only increased less than 4% per year. Compared to a friend in a Charles Smith apartment where the rent has increased 10%/year, it is good value. Utilities and underground parking included make this a very desiarable place. Washer and dryer only need a quarter! Only beef is the cleaners throw away the day's paper if you do not take it in from ther hallway early.
