Wife and I resided there for nearly 2 yrs. Reason we left was because we purchased our own place. Barton House is awesome. Staff are all top notch, front desk are get to know your name, will open the door, elevator if your hands are full. Maintence are all great guys and of course Bobbi and Elaine are godsends, so helpful and friendly. Undeground parking (1 assigned space)is nice, never had a problem with it(nothing stolen) Plus there is parking up top and on the street. We have 2 cars and parking was rarely a problem. Laundry is cheap, .25 to wash and .25 to dry(40 minutes) Cable is included in rent. Nothing really bad about Barton House. Could hear our next door neighbors a bit, but they moved and never heard the new tenants and another minus is that the garage door is a tad slow!! Pretty minor minus's!! Were going to miss it, but I'm sure we shall visit, as a friend is soon moving into a suite there. Be aware there is a waiting list so plan well in advance.
