Apartments are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and always willing to help out. Maintenance people live in the building, are always on call, and will respond to your request within a day at the most. I once had to call maintenance at midnight about a water leak and the guy was there within 10 minutes. Amenities are present (pool on rooftop, fitness room, free aerobics classes), but all are low-scale-ish, if that's important to you. Covered parking for tenants in reserved spaces. Uncovered parking for guests. The guest lot sometimes fills up, but there is always parking available on the street. There is a fire station just down the street, so you will hear sirens occasionally. Washers and dryers on every floor and only 25 cents to wash and 25 cents to dry!
