Outstanding value. Been a resident in both a studio and now a 1 bedroom.
Likes:
1. Heated/Cooled underground parking, with a *heated ramp* down to the garage.
2. Concierge Service. Just excellent.
3. Building Management: best I can imagine! No I don't work for them, but Bobbie and Elaine have been nothing but helpful and gracious.
4. Location, location, location. There are a few slightly better locations perhaps, but for $500 more per month!
5. Views.
6. Common Storage is huge and free!

Dislikes (slight)
1. Lack of washer/drier in apartment, but the two machines per floor are usually open enough, and CHEAP.
2. Gym could open a little earlier - 8 am is on the late side for a morning workout...

I have previously rented in 8 other locations in Tysons, Vienna, and Arlington - including Charles E Smith flagships - and this is clearly the best combination of location (WOW), space, value and amenities.
