This is an EXCELLENT place to live...

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I've been living here for about 10 months. At that time, I was new to the area and had no idea where to live. I used this same website to find apartments and there seemed to be mixed reviews everywhere(except the Barton House). The biggest complaint I read about was too much NOISE....I haven't heard a peep out of my neighbors since I've lived here. Its quiet (older building with thick, steel reinforced walls), spacious, clean(new carpet and paint job when you move in) and the staff has been great. The entire staff lives in the building so they are always around to help.
Not to mention theres a really cool patio/pool on the roof (with a view of the Capitol and the Washington Monument)
