so write a review then! this place has the best ratings out there for the price, and the negative reviews are all pretty tame = parking, some noise, but nothing about roaches or rape.

Lived her for over a year and no complaints. The staff are excellent. And parking, whats the problem? Each apartment has 1 space underground, and lots of parking out front and on the streets!! There is a reason why there is a long waiting list to get in.

This is a fantastic place to live. I've been here almost exactly one year. It's quiet (I never hear my neighbors!), clean, ideally located, etc. I love having a parking space. I love that the utilities are included in the rent. I love the short walk to the metro station. I love the spacious apartments! I'm staying until I buy for sure. I'm glad I waited to get a place here. It was worth the wait!

If you think these posts are fake, then you clearly have never visted The Barton House. I was fortunate enough to get in almost two years ago. My studio is as big a lot of the newer 1br condos I see my friends living in. I'm safe, the people are friendly, and I can walk to all the shops/metro. I consider myself lucky to have such a great place to live.

I agree. Whoever said managment wrote the reviews is WRONG. I've lived here for one year and it's the best deal in arlington. No bugs, good parking, convenient, great managment, affordable, a pool on the roof, what more can you ask for? Stop being a prick!

Some people are just so unhappy with where they live (or can't get into the Barton House, LOL) that they post these ridiculous claims. *shrugs*
