Can't beat the price in Arlington

I have lived in the Barton house for 1 1/2 years. I pay only 1070 for a 600 sq foot studio that includes cable (HBO), electric, gas and a great parking spot. It is only about a 10 minute walk to Courthouse metro and Clarendon Metro. About 5 minute walk to the shos (Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, William and Sonoma). The staff is very friendly and attentive. Anytime I need something done or fixed in my apartment it is done within 24 hours. Also, it is very safe, clean and overall a great building.
