Loved the Barton House!

This is the best value in Arlington. The building is old and not very attractive from the outside, but who cares' The apartments are good sized and clean. The management is fantastic - super nice, and they fix stuff RIGHT AWAY - amazing. The garage is great, visitor parking is good, the area and building are extremely safe. My neighbors had several small children and were quite loud, but I can't blame the walls. They were just loud people.
I lived here for 2.5 years before moving to NC and have lived in other not so desirable apartment buildings in Arlington. The Barton House is the best, hands down!
