this place is everything you read and then some. the staff is wonderful, the neighbors are respectful, and the apartments are huge and clean. the most affordable living in arlington that is both metro accessible and not run by a slum lord. barton house is amazing. get on the wait list and just be patient. the wait is well worth it.
