1-Cockroaches
2-Manager is lazy and has no people skills and is never in the office.
3-If you put a request in for work expect to wait at least two weeks for the problem to be fixed.
4-Maintence workers are rude they dont clean up after themselves, they have no pride in their work or do they care for your stuff. They just walk in without knocking or calling.
5-Poor quality of workmanship throughout the entire apartment. (They use metal screws in wood which does not work).
6-Halls and entry ways are always a mess. Outside you can find beer bottles and trash.

Good Things
1-It is a good location close to shopping and getting on the freeways but that is all.

I would not reccomend this complex to anyone unless you want to deal with a lazy, rude staff and live with roaches.
