Theft and Management, Dittmar did it again!

Barton Place Apartments are losing their residents. Dittmar s new regulations don t make any sense. According to them 1 bedroom apartments can only park one vehicle in the front of the garage; if you have more than one vehicle, other one need to be parked behind the apartment. Now, the key issue with that is behind the house there is no way of monitoring your vehicle. For instance, individuals siphoned the gas from my car and stole both plates over the weekend. Dittmars so called Security on foot, didn t even notice that both plates were stolen and car is sitting there with the window halfway open. Parking lot lights, in front and behind the building, are completely off for a week.

As it is impossible to reach to higher management for complaint, Dittmar is collecting $1108.00 for a one bedroom apartment with no resident security. My incident is not a coincidence since the day after I moved to my apartment; downstairs floor got rubbed in a broad daylight.

Dittmar's Barton Place Apartments are lacking management issues. Barton Place Apartments are good for being local to Baileys Crossroads but the location causes a lot of issues. Because it is situated in the ethnic environment and high traffic area, loud noise and traffic unavoidable. In the middle of the night you will hear a fire truck flying down to Columbia Pike and make you jump off from bed.

Would I recommend this place? I don t believe so. As I am looking my way out of here, you should look somewhere else for a better and more secure living. I assume our rent only covers up this much security. As they say You get what you pay for and Dittmar s Barton Place Apartments are nothing less.
