Ditmar s New Mgmt is a joke
Before Ditmar Company turned the Management of Barton Place Apartments at Columbia Pike, things were going a lot smoother. At the present with new Mgmt, things cannot get any worse. Stay away from this establishment. Barton Place is a joke with a manager cannot even spell. (You do not write things in CAPs and send it to others that symbolize YELLING; at least you should be aware of it.) Ditmar Company is careless about their tenant but the rent; you may even get some treat letters just because Bartton Place can. Do not bother and find a better place you can call home. Sure, this is not it. Let s not forget the mold in the facility storage and high crime rates in the area.
