Bennington Apartments

Poor Service, Good Location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived at the Bennington for less than a year, and the location was good as there is a shuttle that takes you right to the metro every morning. The monthly rent was also reasonable compared to some of the other properties in the area. Garage parking was also included which was a plus, although the garage is very small to maneveur through. I lived on the second floor and my studio was nice, but the hallways always smelled. Maintenance problems were handled quickly. At times it was a problem not to have access to heat or A/C, as it is regulated by the building. The worst part of my experience was the front desk staff. Not everyone was bad, but usually the experience was some of the most unbelieveably rude and pathetic "service" I have every received in my life - and I'm not exaggerating. I think the staff was changed before I left, so hopefully this situation has improved.
