The Sauna From: cobbc3 Date posted: 10/31/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Just finished my first year at the Bennington. Centrally managed Heat and Air Conditoning are definitely NOT in the tennants best interest. Frequently, it is over 85 degrees in my apartment well after midnight. Find an apartment that gives YOU control of your environment.
