Rents are already high for this old dumpy building, broken garage gate and entrance doors, elevators are very slow or don't work at all, water is shut off or comes out brown, mold in many vents, large rent increases, and finally YOU"RE PAYING FOR WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY, EVEN AN ADMIN CHARGE FOR THEM TO SEND YOU THE BILL.
How could it possibly get any worse''' The Bendover just sent us a memo that they're doubling the monthly Utility Charges even though apparent useage and rates are the same. What's the reason' When you call the utility company or the morons at the Bendover, NOBODY KNOWS. Just the same old run around whenever you ask a simple question!
