ELEVATORS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND GARAGE SOMETIMES BROKEN

This place seems like one of the more reasonably priced buildings in Crystal City.
It is close to the metro (7 minute walk) and very close to the Pentagon City Mall.
However, the building is currently experiencing MANY maintanence issues.
1) The elevators are under construction. As a result, the garage elevator has not been working for quite some time. In addition, in the main area, there is often only 1 elevator working at any given time. It sometimes takes up to 10 minutes to
get on an elevator!! One morning, residents had to call down to the reception
desk and ask for the elevator to be sent up to their particular floor!!! Even once you get on, it still takes at least another 5-7 minutes to get to your particular destination.
2) The entrance doors to the garage have been breaking down on and off for the
past 3 months. While they seem to be working now, there have been many months
where they would work, then fail, then work again, etc etc.
3) Safety: During the time that the garage doors were stuck in the permanent open
position, there were at least 2 auto theft/beak-ins...in addition, in the last
3 months, there have been 2 break-ins into actual apartment units.
THIS PLACE IS WAY OVERPRICED FOR THESE KINDS OF PROBLEMS. THIS IS NOT LUXURY LIVING.
