Overpriced with crappy services. The gym is a substandard shoebox, currently there's only one elevator servicing 19 floors, laundry is $3.50 a pop, and they'll charge you $50 to get back into your own apartment if you get locked out. Also, new residents can't get added to the telecom buzz-in system.
