Be forewarned about the fees you have to pay just to apply to live there. Not before you can move in; just to APPLY. The following list is copied verbatim from a prospective tenant's packet I picked up at the Bennington:
Security Deposit: $0 (pending credit, employment and application approval)
Application Fee: $75 per adult occupant
Administration Fee: $600 (one time charge due at time of application)
Parking: $60 first parking space, $100 each additional (monthly)
Reserved Parking: $130 first parking space, $170 each additional space (monthly)
Pet Fee: $500 per pet (one-time, non-refundable fee)
Pet Fee: $50 per pet (per month)
Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Weight limit is 50 pounds or less.
Obviously the parking and pet fees are normal disclosures, I included those to keep the list verbatim. The Administration fee is why I threw this packet in the trash. $75 at application time is high but bearable, but $675 total' And you're out all this money if you're denied an apartment, as someone at the front desk said'
I can't help but wonder if this is a way to get a security deposit that they don't have to return by calling it something else. This building has a decent location, but they're really pushing their luck with that Admin fee. Next!

as I understand this fee is move-in fee: they change carpet, clean apt. and etc. before you move in; if your application get denied (which is close to 0%) they should return it.
