	The place is well located a nice walk to the metro and very safe!!

	The noise level has been reduced in recent months. A no-smoking-in-front-of-the-building policy has been enacted, which has cut down on noise. Also, a savvy new manager has been hired, and a good building engineer has been re-hired.

	You can't get off of 395 any faster than if you live at the Cavendish. Sometimes I just wave to everyone as I get off our exit! You can walk to the shops, the metro and the mall or relax ... more
