Crystal Place Apartments

Great place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Lived here for approx. 18 months and really liked it. The staff in the office and at the front desk is superb. Most of them knew us by name and apartment number and always greeted us with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Any maintenance issues were minor, but always fixed timely and accurately (we were in a renovated apartment). I agree with a prior posting regarding the parking. I generally found adequate parking, but on the occasion that we would come home late, it could be tricky to find a spot. Some areas that are divided into two spots, can really only fit one car. We were also on the side of the building right next to the train tracks. Have to admit I didn't appreciate the conductors who honked the train horn the whole way through the community. Most were respectful, and gave a brief toot, but I definitely won't miss the train! Besides the train, I have no complaints regarding the sound quality. I barely ever heard neighbors or hallway noise. Overall I loved the community because of the friendly and professional atmosphere, the GREAT location (close to the metro, shopping and restaurants, easy access to bike path, etc). I would recommend this place!
