Not bad. Under renovations, which have taken a long time. Rent increased over $250 this year. location is close to metro, but next to train tracks and airport.

i have lived at Crystal Place for 7 years Now. i have an apartment on the train track side too. yes the train makes noises but if your balcony door is closed, you hear very little in your apartment although i can do without the honking at 4 am.. The airport does not make a lot of noise however there old models of airplane like the jumbo jet one that will occasionally make noise. thruth be told, their apartment could use a little update. but the living condition is one of the best in Crystal City(this is the 3 Charles e. smith)building that i lived in. the staff here is professional they are helpful and the friendliest. when the upgrade of the building started, there were some frustration but again you will have frustration everywhere. the building is not perfect but they are responsive and most definetely accomodating. i have a cat and i can ask them to feed or check on the cat when i'm out of town. they call me when i have a guest and they take care of my maintenance work pretty quickly. we all have things that are important to us and they meet my need so i will say that you can definetely live here and you will be happy if you do not take superficial things too seriously.
