I find the leasing staff and the concierges all very pleasant and competent. Minor maintenance issues have been dealt with promptly. Covered parking is reasonably priced ($35 pm) although since the metro, flexcars and zipcars are immediately across the street so you do not need a car if living here.

UPDATE

21% rent increase in July 2008. I thought this was somewhat excessive - to say the least! Fortunately, I was planning to move out anyway, but it seems as if there is a bait and switch mentality here. The staff in the leasing office seemed somewhat apologetic about the increases being imposed by Charles Smith. Even so .......
