The apartment has become overpriced and the leasing office has lied or misled me on several ocassions. The management - led by ------ ----- - has promised a business room with fax for two years now with nothing to show. They have been promising an enlarged gym for the past year with nothing in the works. I have also been repeatedly told during my annual lease renewal that the front office doesn't negotiate leases when in fact a number of residents have told me they were very successful renegotiating their leases time and time again. Why is that!'! The management has also made recent choices regarding parking and interior decor that have upped the cost of living here with no tangible benefit. For one, they started offering "reserved" parking spots for people willing to shell out an extra $100 after a number of residents complained that big trucks and cars were taking up two spaces at a time in the parking garage. Not a solution if you ask me. Owners of small or medium cars now park in the biggest spots which are "reserved". I now have MORE trouble finding parking than I did before! They are also redecorating the halls of the building in an unsighlty baby-poop brown when it used to be a very nice plum. Bottom line, I'm looking to move.

I checked out everything you said in your review, especially your statement about "I now have MORE trouble finding parking than I did before!" I do not find that there is a shortage of parking spaces. I also have no problem with the halls. What is the real reason for your move???
