i have lived at Crystal Place since November 2001. it is by far the best apartment building that i have lived in. i'm just moving out now because of emergency family issues. over the years that i have lived here, i never had a major complaint. all maintenance work are taking care of, the front desk is really helpfull. when it comes to the renovation, we were part of the residents who did not want the community to change. although we were disappointed to loose what we first loved, i'm sure it is a appropriate that they renew the building because everybody else is new around the property. But for the people who are complaining, who will not find a better community in Crystal city but again everybody has what they prefer. I will highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a quiet safe and very professional place to live. it is good to know that they care. so it all depends on what you are looking for.
