I?m a recent college grad and I've been living in the studio since May 2004. So far it?s been great. You have virtually all you need here due to Crystal Underground mall which is located right beneath the apartment building. So I have my Eye doctor & Physician right at my finger tip!! Traveling has never been easier; Crystal Metro Station is literally a block away. So I have to say that convenient location is definitely a great amenity. To make this summary short, I?ve listed the pros and cons below.

Location (clean and convenient to meet your needs)
Price is fair
Mgt very responsive to maintenance needs
Fairly clean
Apartments are all very spacey compared to other places
Very quiet
Recent renovation to the lobby will bring a small convenient store in the lobby along with a new business conference room.
Polite front desk people
Metro accessible (Which makes this place PERFECT for college students/ young workers)

-Con-
Elevators are broken often times
Horrible underground garage (There?s a pole in between every 2 parking spaces, which makes some of us impossible to park).
Pets aren?t allowed.
Doors lock automatically
Too much renovation ? they?re always fixing/adding, which can be quite annoying. (The lobby looks/smells awful right now)
Kitchen door and Closet doors are poorly made ? they tend to get loose (3-6 times a month in my case? I gave up calling for maintenance)
