Think rent increases in Crystal City are unfair read this post!

I live in Crystal Towers and they are doing the same thing to us that they are doing to you. Dramatic rent increases and forcing residents to pay for utilities. This adds up to a huge rent increase. Archstone was allowed to switch to ratio utility billing 2 years ago by the Virginia State Senate because they promised that doing so would save residents money. I have complained to Delegate Bob Brink and Senator Patricia Ticer about this. I hope you will all join me in writing to them to voice your disapproval.
