I truly hope that people considering this building are reading these reviews and are duly warned. I'm moving soon, after two years, because of the outrageous rent increases and the shift to tenant-paid utilities. When I moved in, I was promised that rents would increase by no more than 5%. Of course, they couldn't put it in writing ... and there was the crap about the "market value" of the apartment. (Which, seems unethical, seeing as how CES owns the WHOLE MARKET in crystal city!!!) Anyway, my rent increase last year was over 10%, and it is this year again. No more. I'm moving to a non-CES building, and I can't wait!!!!! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
