I don't have anything good to say about my experiences at Crystal Square, other than that they have ended. I moved out last month.

The management is non-responsive - and when they do respond, it's with a curt, corporate tag-line.

The rent was pretty high, and not only do they raise rent a lot every year, but they recently decided to raise rent AND not include utilities, even for current residents. Plus, they decided to change (mid-lease, mind you) how they calculate utilities ... they based it on number of occupants instead of square footage, or whether you have a washer/dryer.

There are mice. The kitchens are ugly. They redid the lobby last year and it already looks terribly outdated. One of the doormen is an ass. What else can I say' It's not worth the headache.
