My wife and I have lived at Crystal Square for over a year, and it has been a great experience. Granted, there have been some glitches, but then when we owned our own place for 15 years, there were glitches then too. Only we had to fix them. The new management(12/27/2007) got left a little in the lurch by the previous management, but has only been here a month and a half. For those concerned about policies, they are essentially the same as under the previous leases, and we have found the managers making earnest efforts to catch up and to explain what they were doing. But the apartments are large, the rent is about what the market demands for large places right on Metro and in sight of the Capitol

I disagree. The new management cut staff. That's why things fail. Wake up!
