This building is rapidly going down the tubes since the new management company took over in late December. Two of the four elevators have been broken for months, utilities are rising and amenities are non-existant. To top it all off, rents in the building are rising 8% this year while they are offering 2.5 free months to new tenants.

To anyone considering moving into the Crystal City area, I emplore you to look elsewhere. Otherwise you will be stuck in a horrible building with terrible management.

This is so true! I moved in here in October of 2006 and loved it here until last December when the new owners started to run this place to the ground. Can't wait to move out in the fall!
