As a recent college grad i used to think my dollars were best spent in what I got in amenities and square footage, but i see now I was paying for a lot of services--like, i don't know FUNCTIONING ELEVATORS and MANAGERS WHO CARe. I can't wait to move out in a few weeks and go back to a Smith property where things work and i feel taken care of.

Stay away from this Bainbridge properties due to its managment -----------------------------------

Gosh, this place is turning into a complete dump! Six months since the regime change and nothing works anymore: 2 out of 4 elevators are out of order, no online system to pay the rent, utility bills all wrong, it smells like somebody threw up by the elevators at the lobby level -- no way would I recommend this place to anyone!

I completely agree my friend!! ----- and ------- are incompetent employees. ------- thinks she's all that,hey, maybe she needs to look in the mirror and might consider going back to school and get more education and maybe her costumer service manners will get better and stop sending error letters which she probably dont even read until you start complaining and when you tried to reach her,she was never around or never never return your call and then once you get her, she'll say ,oh it is a mistake,just ignore it and start giggling,how annoying is that.Like i said, both of them need some education and Bainbridge thinks that they have good managers,but surely not. Just wait and see,this building is going down because of this two people.
