I like it.

I have lived at Crystal Square for two months. I have two big but pretty well-behaved dogs (one is 9 months with a lot of energy and occasionally walks on his hind tiptoes, the other is a sweet old lady). I heard about their dog policy through my work grapevine prior to moving here and came to visit. The staff could not have been nicer, the rent was reasonable for the area and the metro station is a short elevator ride and walk through underground tunnels. My experience here so far has been very good. The staff are very friendly and responsive, I have had one problem with plumbing that was repaired the same day and with a lot of courtesy. The security staff are friendly, the office staff could not be more helpful. There is a nice gym with an incredible view on the top floor, free continuous Starbucks coffee and tea in the lobby and a free business center. The staff provide a saturday morning breakfast regularly in the lobby. This is a temporary stay for me, I am here for six months while looking for a house, but in these two months so far I honestly can't say anything negative. I enjoy living here and appreciate the community. I have met and become friends with several other dog owners and found someone very inexpensive who will walk my dogs mid-afternoon. Kudos to the management for understanding that responsible dog owners with well-behaved pets are good renters and good neighbors. I am a small single female and feel very safe with the security measures and security guard at the front desk. There is often security patrolling the underground parking garage (always plenty of spaces for tenants and extra parking for guests too).
