Absolute Worst Management Ever

I lived in Crystal Square for 5 years and loved it, until BAINBRIDGE COMPANIES took over the management. They are absolutely the worst, least responsive irresponsible management company I have ever dealt with, and have turned what was a lovely home where I lived for half a decade into a place I could no longer stay.
It is also prohibitively expensive, which was not the case previously.

I lived there for just 1 year. I couldn't take it any longer. I was counting the days for my contract to expire and move out. The place is extremely expensive and, trust me, you do not get the value for the money you pay. Be prepared to pay, or OVERPAY, for utilities that can get as high as $300 per month, regardless of your actual usage since they do not have individual metering for the apartments!!!

Clearly different people can have different experiences, but we have been at CS for 2 1/2 years, first with Charles E. Smith and now with Bainbridge, and have found little difference in their operations, although Bainbridge has so far been much better at keeping the water system up. They did allow pets, and are somewhat more family friendly, which was an adjustment, but the prices are actually quite reasonable. The utilities can be a bit glitchy, but the average per month is not unreasonable (3BR averages $150 for all utilities), and the apartments are quite large. All in all a very good experience.

Yeah, whatever management ploy. 1 bedroom apartments have been averaging between 150-175 per month for "all" utilities! It is absolutely absurd and I am looking forward to my move out date!

I have a 1 BR and utilities were well over 200, close to 250 for a couple months there. Utilities are definitely an issue.
