High Rents, Poor Quality

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived in Crystal Towers from January 2003 through August 2004. My roommate and I were lured in by the large apartments and ammenities (washer/dryer, all utils included, free parking). However, when it came time to renew my lease for the first time, I had to seek out members of the management office to find out about new lease terms and pricing (this took three weeks). In addition to seeking them out, they lost my new roommate's leasing information and it took them over 6 weeks to get us a new lease.
When it came time to renew my lease a second time (which I opted not to do) they raised my rent by almost $450 per month for a 12 month lease. Needless to say, I moved out.
The management is horrible, the apartments are large, but not well kept. The security is a facade. The locks on the back doors were constantly broken and the I rarely saw guests questioned when entering the main entrance.
The only pluses about my apartment were the washer and dryer and the parking. Since I started my lease at the beginning of the construction, I was able to capitalize upon the free garage spaces that Crystal Towers rented in the Marriott garage across the street. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
