new rents, old building, so move

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
 
Have endured double-digit rent increases with fewer services for 4 years. This year has rent increase and separate utilities bill. For mildew, wet carpets, slow service, utility interrupts, decreased parking spaces' Rent is too high for old building problems. Management attitude is if you don't like it, just move.
