Reading these reviews are a hoot. A bunch of them were spot on. Some of them look like they were written by the leasing agents, considering the perfect 5 scores :-/

On the good side. Yep, the apartments are large, and yeah the fitness center is large and nice. Those are two things definitely going for the property. Plus, once they finally finished the pool, it is nice.

Mold is a problem like one of the posters commented about mushrooms. If you are allergic to mold, you shouldn't move here. The building is old and the ventilation is bad. Not only do we have to fight growing mushrooms, but you get smell whats coming out of your neighbors kitchens down the hall and upstairs through the substandard vents. consider living here. Even if you don't I don't know how healthy mold is for anyone. Its really started bothering me this past year, so I'm seriously considering moving when my lease is up.

Staff' Well, none of these folks are probably paid much in the management and leasing office so you aren't going to get the royal treatment. Cause like the saying goes you get what you pay for. One poster mentioned Irene, and yeah, I dealt with her and she is helpful and nice. The other people in the office have been less than impressive.

Parking. yep..it's awful. If you want any assurance of a spot, you better have the scratch for the $90 reserved spot in the garage. And I hear utilities are going to be extra on lease renewals, so if you are still wanting to live here '' Better ask how much extra that is, cause it's now separate from the lease. I'll probably move when that comes up for renewal.
