High rents, Bait and Switch, No amenities.
Lived here for awhile during construction, they took away parking, pool, raised rents on me by $1200 a month, charged for utilities, and charged friends to park in the lot for a few hours. Smith apartments have no idea of customer service, just nickel and diming you to death which makes for no customer loyalty. Stay away. Employess are rude and don't do their job. I'm glad I don't live there anymore
