Read this if you think Crystal Towers rent increases are unfair

As you know, Crystal Towers is suddenyl giving us 10% rent increases and forcing us to pay utilities. They were allowed to bill us for utilities even though there is no meter by legislation passed two years ago by the Virginia State Legislature. At the time, the legislation was justified on the basis that it would provide cost savings to residents obviously the opposite has happened. I encourage everyone to write to State Assemblymen Bob bring and State Senator Patricia Ticer to complain about this. Delegate Brink's e-mail is delbrink@starpower.net
