I have been @ Crystal Towers for 3 years and am on my last week here... I can not wait to move to my new appt.THe longer you stay here the more they jack up your rent in order to move you out.Your looking at almost 1600 for a one bedroomParking is a mess.... Free utilities .. Not any more... Free indoor parking... Bye bye...Rent increase was minimal this year and they even noted it but it was the worst last year... Then they charge for utilities now...They want to get you out after 2 yrs so they can bring new people in that are willing to pay more.The tennents are all hoidy toody stuck up snobish mama and daddy taking care of them college kids.There is no sense of community.The internet cafe is constantnly occupied by the same hogs that take it every night.Alot of foreign nationals that are of college age and think they are above everyone else with diplomatic plates on their benzes. and beemers... Im not going to say get out if your in cuzz they will run you out.Archstone has made it even worse with fees... Run out the common people... Maintaince was good but even at the end that got bad.Security is non existant... The HID access system provides a very false sense of security.Half the time the doors are proped open .. Or just show up at the fornt desk or piggyback behind someone else. When you have a system like that that does NOT prevent anyone from getting in its no longer a security system but a nusence....

I have been renting here two years, and to this day have not seen a door propped open! Yes, people can piggyback their way in, but that is true in any building, My guest yesterday was stopped at the desk and signed in! as to the Nationals, get a life and realize the click cafe is open to all. I am an American and do not appreciate you calling people hogs who use the cafe. For your info, I asked 10 forg. students if they had diplomatic plates. Only one said yes, his father is an Army adviser in the Pentagon. 1/10 = 10% - Yes, it is time for you to move on where you will find some happiness (hopefully). but please stop cutting down others! thank you.
