The management is terrible. They seem to look for any chance to screw the residents out of money from towing cars to drastically increasing utilities. The water is not hot between 6am and 8am. Parking is non-existant after 3pm. The housekeepers are very good and so are the desk people, but the managers are terrible! Very overpriced and prices dont include about $115 in utilities

Have always had hot water 24/7 (that means 24 hours/7days/week) and find the management very pleasant and helpful. You receive what you give out! Btm line, try to be pleasant.. Have a view of their side dealing with over 900 units and 1800 /- grumpy people... minus those who find it is easier to be nice than to -----, then you have maybe only 543 grumps, and you see the job is crazy... If you really want to see poor management go to Southern Towers... and I do not work for this company either.... |

You are lying, you do work for this company. YOU are another henchman working for CT. There must be something wrong with you if you cant detect poor service from the staff .....
