Please prospective tenants, dont be fooled by the nice looking lobby. Since now that utilities are not included, do yourself a favor. Check out the windows, and feel the draft of air coming through. The utilites are based upon a calculation of usage by everyone.

The staff there are really rood to people. I think it is really the front desk people, and a few leasing consultants as well. My family and I have witnessed quite a few yelling matches between tenants and staff. I believe that Charles Smith doesnt pay their employees very well.

Just do not be tricked by those fake smiles. They do not care about you!
