Where to start' Poorly trained staff, ineffective top management, copy machines broken down or out of paper, poor maint., lack of parking, now constant heavy construction on this ancient apartment. At least they make you feel special by raising rents 20% when your lease is up. Sorry for anyone dealing with Charles Smith in any way at all. There is coffee in the computer room each morning. The cost per coffee makes Starbuck triple expresso frapacinno look like a bargain. Instead of renting here, I suggest you jump in the Potomac and rethink your life's goals. Never again.

as to utilities, our total for gas/water /elect /trash is only about $104 for a 2 BedRm, 2 people very reasonable the allocation system. In my previous high rise in Arlington we paid average of $95/month just for electric. water was free but off 2 or 3 times/week to fix broken pipes in the building. Count your blessings, there are some here, No place is perfect folks, At the desk, give a smile, say Hello.. see what happens! (Not a Smith employee either)

If SouthNWest is paying onl 104 for utilities everyone else is getting screwed. I pay 90 and I have a studio that is half the size of a 2 bedroom and live alone.
