I have lived here for about a year and I am moving out (others have the same idea). Management is awful. Where to begin... They have failed to compensate for the horrible parking problem. Instead of exercising their right to open the garage temporarily to lighten the burden of taking away 18 parking spaces due to construction, many of the tenants have had their cars towed! I have called to speak to management on NUMEROUS occasions and I always get the same answer--"They are not available". No one seems to be able to answer any of the complaints I have. The front desk staff is rude! And for all the hassle to live here they are trying to increase the rent $250 - $600 once your lease is up... NO THANK YOU!!!

All the garages are open and parking inside for $90 is worth it to come home and have a space. Management? what can you expect when they fire people, good workers, and Bernard the previous manager is supposedly in Jail for doing **** ! Is it any wonder the level of management goes down? Many are still hanging on and probably discouraged. Alice is gone, Malcolm and Stephanie are in new buildings...

SouthNWest you don't work there but you know everyone's name in management/front desk/whatever and you keep talking about this Bernard character. Hmmm.
