What to say....This new construction is a nightmare. The noise during the day can be unbarable. If you ever have to work from home or spend any part of the day (on weekdays) at the apartment STAY AWAY. And when the construction started they added and ammendment to the lease contract allowing them to disturb the residents as much as they feel like with no option out.

Also the construction has taken over the surface parking. Their solution to this problem is to charge the residents to park on the surface (which used to be free) instead of opening up more spaces in the garage. Garage parking in $90/month which is too much for the average person living there given how much they charge for rent.

The staff can leave much to be desired. Getting any sort of response is impossible. They are never in their office and never return phone calls.

The pool and gym are nice but that's about all there is left in that place.

If you are looking for a place to live, I beg you to look somewhere else. Unforutnately I signed another year long contract before I was aware of the length of the construction and all the problems it would bring. I will now be living with that mistake for another year.
