We're finishing up a one year lease and have to note that the experience was neither fantastic nor terrible. Pleasant.

I loved the view from our courtyard balcony - the sunsets were amazing. I very rarely heard our overhead neighbor (we could hear when he practiced guitar, but that was only once in a while and it was mildy entertaining to track his progress). The community is full of children, which took some getting used to when it was warm enough for them to run and play in the court yard. The noise from inside the court yard does carry quite easily to the apartments facing it, but the staff were very good about responding to complaints and doing their best to keep it from getting out of hand.

The maintenance staff responded very quickly to all service calls - as I recall it never took more than 24 hours before someone was available to fix any issues (standard - garbage disposal, clogged drains, etc) that arose. We had a parking spot in the garage, but visitors never had an issue finding parking.

The closet space was expansive - I will be forever spoiled - but I think that this feature makes up for not having in-apartment laundry facilities. Most of the apartments here do not have washers/dryers, but the laundry rooms are not terrible. The one on the 4th floor was recently redone and is quite beautiful. Hopefully, they will be re-doing them all eventually.

I would caution that the staff is sometimes slow to respond to email. I've never had any problem when I stopped by the front desk or called, but they have a tendency (three times in a row now) to not respond to an email until after I've written again referencing the first. Also, the computers which are available with free internet are almmost always occupied by the extensive child population of the community. I've always politely hovered nearby and reminded them of the 20 min. limit, but if one were not so bold it might be tricky to get access. The business center came in handy - again after politely reminding regular users to mind the time - to print various thing (as we don't own a printer). The fax machine has yet to work, but every time I take a fax to the front desk they are able to complete the transaction for me.
