Don't live here. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   This place is fine as long as you don't have any maintenance issues. I had brown sludge coming down the wall underneath my kitchen cabinets, and the problem still is not fixed. The sludge has stopped coming down-- at least, for a while-- but maintenance never took the cabinets down to check the wall beneath, so what could be sewage has now taken up residence there. I had to leave because the smell was so bad and because I had such bad breathing problems. Maintenance did follow Arlington County Code, in that all visible violations were taken care of. It would have been nice if they'd gone the extra step and made sure everything was cleaned off and safe. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
