We are in the military and have an alotment set up, since they changed it we didn't realise it didnt work (we thought we had some extra due to something else) week later they slap an eviction notice on us with 5 days to pay or we are out. We tried to ask them if we can pay it off in two amounts. The manager started screaming at us that if we didnt pay now she would call ou commander in the military. Absolutly no people skills.

Secondly my friends car was towed even though she had her temporary pass hanging up. When she got to her car the pass was placed under a street book she hadnt used in months. Apparently there is a tenant sueing at the moment for the same thing. After paying teh $100 to get her car back the office has been dodging her and my calls about the issue, unbelievable!

It may be cheap but the terrible service is such a drag I'd rather pay a lot more. Dont be like us and get stuck with a lease!

About the towing situation - by all means contact the Arlington Police Department and file a report. Illegal towing counts as Grand Theft Auto, and if enough reports are made an investigation should take place.
