Awful staff and awful property manager

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
I would not recommend this property to anyone. The previous staff was much more friendlier and heldful. The office changes staff like evry three months which should say something. The manager is not decisive and has to always follow up and no give us straight answers. As far as the apartment, it smells like trash and pee all the time. It is relaly disgusting, please do not move-in.
