It's the real GOOD TIMES!!!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I moved to D.C. in early 2006 and decided on Dominion Towers because a friend lived here and it wasn't a bad price for the area.
The apartment itself is not bad - at least we as tenants can control cleanliness and aesthetics within the confines of our rented space.
It's everything else that has galled me. Let me list.
1. What's with the trash on the floors and elevators'
Do people have no pride at all' Candy wrappers, mail, mcdonalds bags, even half-eaten sandwiches - all strewn about without a care in the world. Great way to attract vermin.
2. Some idiot brought a real christmas tree in this christmas and proceeded to leave at least a million needles on the elevator and basement floors. By the way, there's a reason real trees are banned from most high-rise buildings - Can you say FIRE!!!!
3. Graffitti - Some "artist" decided to do a self-portrait and drew a ----- on the wall near the elevator. No one washed it until I left a note thanking the artist for the self-portrait and thanking management for getting right on it.
4. What's with the gibroni's hanging out near the convenience store, downing their tallboys' No open container laws in Virginia' How about loitering'
This is not a hang-out folks, it's a home. Move it along. And stop throwing your damn empty beer bottles on the road where they can and do shred tires to bits.
So if you liked the show GOOD TIMES and want to live like JJ Evans and Florida for $1200 a month - this place will be DYNOMITE!!!!
If not, move on.
