I have lived here for way too long but when I first moved in the rent was reasonable. this year they wanted to raise my rent over $200 to pay more than $1200 a month. I asked what would I be getting and they said nothing but there are renovating the building, no washer & dryer. But the illegal aliens they hired can apparently only work when u leaving in the morning rushing out for work. so it looks like the renovations will be done as soon as never.
You will have to call to complain to get things fixed at least three times or it may have to require an office visit. Thats when the horrible manager S. Matthews tells you that she has never heard of this problem and that she will get right to it but then again you will have to call and remind her. Since they seem to get new employees liek the weather dont be surprised if you hear, well such & such left us and we no clue where are buttholes are so we cant do there job also. OH YEAH......you will hear a water noise running all the time because apparently they sent the boiler to get fixed in SIBERIA and it willtake for ever. So now I have to sleep with cotton or earplugs from the airplane in my ears everynight.
Forget about using the mini-gym, because its rightg across from the dumpster right out back but atleast it does more than the office staff. I am leaving ASAP........they suck but dont worry they will be replaced as all the other in the past have been.

I completely agree. The staff is worthless (the regular janitorial staff is nice, but all others are horrible). The halls are full of trash, the elevators smell like piss all the time. They try to raise your rent by enormous amount claiming that the housing market has gone up; like we are all idiots and haven't seen the million plus news stories about the housing crash. Half the building is empty because people don't renew their leases after management tries to screw them. Last (for this message at least) many tennants have complained about staff illegally entering their apartments, without authorization and without notice. Many of these tennants have had stuff gone missing, mysteriously from their apartments after "routine inspections" for which there was no notice as is required by law. Beware and stay away.
